Specialising in working with universities, business schools and the higher education sector, Jim has partnered with over 30 European institutions. As well as providing strategic and creative consultancy, Jim delivers inspiring hacks, workshops and presentations of the latest trends.

Gavin is a creative advertising professional with over 20 years’ experience.
His background is steeped in broadcast and radio. He’s worked with all of the UK’s major radio brands, managing £multimillion accounts and innovative campaigns for blue-chip clients.
In 2008, he co-launched creative audio agency Kalua to produce engaging audio campaigns for big name brands. Every week their adverts can be heard on every radio platform in the UK.
Gavin has vast experience of producing content and campaigns for a wide range of audio streaming services such as Spotify and Soundcloud. And he’s helped clients in all kinds of sectors to tie digital and audio campaigns together.
Gavin’s creative awards include London International Advertising Awards (x2), Chicago Mobius Advertising Awards (x3) and New York Festival Awards (x4).
Steve has over 25 years’ experience of advertising, marketing, creative writing and creative conceptual development.
Early in his career, Steve launched his own theatre company, which specialised in creating and delivering live, interactive, tailor-made training role plays for public and private sector training teams.
His love of storytelling led him to the radio industry where he has worked as an advertising creative executive for most of the UK’s major radio groups. He’s created, scripted and developed thousands of highly effective radio advertising campaigns for a huge array of brands, picking up lots of industry awards along the way.
In 2008, Steve co-founded Kalua, the creative audio agency – which is now one of the most respected names in the sector.
Paul has over 20 years’ experience of design, advertising and branding. He was a lead creative at the Havas group for several years and has won bucket loads of awards for his art direction and creative thinking.
Paul’s also built a great reputation as one of the most inventive art directors in the business, constantly looking at new innovations from 3D and thermochromic print to image recognition technology.
You name it Paul has worked on it from brands and campaigns to brochures, social media posts and TV ads. As well as creating work for many universities, Paul has art directed projects for big brands such as Virgin Media, Asda and Specsavers.
