Waterfall is an agency that’s a little bit different. We’re real specialists in Higher Education and Further Education marketing. We’ve got a growing number of university and college clients across the UK. And we work on all kinds of brilliant creative projects. But that’s enough about us for the time being.
We’ll cut to the chase. We’re a small team of experts. And we’re all very good at what we do. But the bigger we get, the more we need someone to get stuck into the challenge of helping us manage our projects and day-to-day client relationships.
Planning projects. Creating quotes. Managing costs. Briefing creatives. Talking to clients. Identifying new opportunities. Growing our business. Keeping everything running smoothly. It’s what you do best. You’re in your element at the heart of the action. Sounds good. But why do all of these things and more at Waterfall?
We’ll be honest. We’re only a small agency at the moment. A start-up that’s been going for less than 2 years. So, it’s going to be challenging. But it also means you’ll enjoy lots of scope, freedom and space to grow. And you’ll only have yourself to manage – for the time-being. In truth, you’ll be more like an Agency Director than an Account Manager. You’ll take the initiative, crack on with things, put systems in place and make this role your own.
It’s not everyone’s idea of a dream job. But we’re not looking for just anybody. This is an opportunity to help a small, award-winning start-up go to the next level. You’ll have lots of autonomy, plenty of responsibility and some amazing projects to sink your teeth into. And as we’ve got big potential, who knows where the journey here will take you?
There will be a few late nights of course. It’s part and parcel of agency life. But we’re flexible. What hours you want to work, and when, is up for grabs.
